Project Overview
This project covered reach-stacker loading of a John Deere S770 combine harvester onto a 40-foot flat-rack container ahead of export. The wheeled combine was rigged with chains, lifted clear of its trailer, and swung into position over the flat rack, then lowered and secured with the ground crew directing the set before the load was staged on a lowboy trailer for the road.

What Was Done
- Reviewed the combine's dimensions, tire width, and lift points against the flat-rack's deck and the reach stacker's capacity.
- Rigged the machine with chains from the reach stacker's spreader arm for a level, controlled lift.
- Lifted the combine clear of its trailer and swung it into position above the flat-rack container.
- Lowered the combine onto the flat rack while ground crew guided the set and confirmed clearance.
- Staged the loaded flat rack on a multi-axle lowboy trailer for the next leg of transport.
