Project Overview
This project covered export crating and heavy-haul staging for a large turbine-driven compressor package, built and shipped as a set of oversized plywood crates. Each crate was sized and rated for its section of the package, marked with handling instructions, and loaded onto a spread-axle flatbed for the next leg of transport.

What Was Done
- Reviewed the compressor package and confirmed crate dimensions and weight against heavy-haul transport limits.
- Built oversized plywood crates for each section, with lifting points marked and access panels built into the crate walls.
- Marked every crate with handling instructions and shipping information for the carrier.
- Staged each crate on a spread-axle flatbed trailer suited to the load's weight and length.
- Chained and secured every crate for the road move to the next stage of transport.
