Project Overview
This project involved disassembling a large tracked machine to its major sections for container export. Work included separating the track undercarriage from the main frame, removing and protecting the internal conveyor/elevator assembly, building custom crates for the smaller components, and staging every section in the sequence it would need to load — so the container could be packed without rework once the carrier arrived.

What Was Done
- Reviewed the machine's construction and identified where it could be safely broken down into major sections for container loading.
- Separated the track undercarriage from the main frame using the appropriate lifting and rigging setup.
- Removed the internal conveyor/elevator assembly and staged it as its own protected section.
- Built custom wood crates for the smaller components and labeled each one for handling and re-assembly.
- Sequenced and loaded every section into the container, from the undercarriage forward to the smaller crated parts.
